Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (Monday – Saturday). For pre-order or special items, additional time may be required. If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately.
Note: Custom-made décor items take 3-5 working days as they are handcrafted and customized with the finest finish.
Shipping Charges
We offer FREE SHIPPING across India.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped from our facility, you will receive a notification with a shipment tracking number to track the status of your order.
Delivery Location
Orders are delivered only to the Consignee/Recipient’s Residential or Work Address. Deliveries cannot be made to public places such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, streets, etc.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier service will attempt delivery three times. If the recipient is still unreachable or unavailable, the order will be returned to our facility.
Change in Shipping Address
Once an order is placed, shipping details cannot be updated directly by the customer. If you wish to update your shipping address, please contact us via e-mail at domidecor.02@gmail.com with your updated address details.

- Delivery of products is subject to the terms and conditions of our courier partners. Any incorrect or incomplete details provided for delivery will result in non-delivery of the product.
