Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (Monday – Saturday). For pre-order or special items, additional time may be required. If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately.

Note: Custom-made décor items take 3-5 working days as they are handcrafted and customized with the finest finish.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE SHIPPING across India.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped from our facility, you will receive a notification with a shipment tracking number to track the status of your order.

Delivery Location

Orders are delivered only to the Consignee/Recipient’s Residential or Work Address. Deliveries cannot be made to public places such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, streets, etc.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier service will attempt delivery three times. If the recipient is still unreachable or unavailable, the order will be returned to our facility.

Change in Shipping Address

Once an order is placed, shipping details cannot be updated directly by the customer. If you wish to update your shipping address, please contact us via e-mail at domidecor.02@gmail.com with your updated address details.

• Delivery of products is subject to the terms and conditions of our courier partners. Any incorrect or incomplete details provided for delivery will result in non-delivery of the product.
• DomiDecor holds the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on this website.

1. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange policy and a 1-day return policy for all eligible products.

Conditions for Return & Exchange:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please record a video of the unboxing and take at least two photos of the package.
• Submit your request via email at domidecor.02@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery for returns and within 7 days for exchanges.
• Returns/exchanges are applicable only for products that are unused, in original packaging, and include all accompanying documents.
• Return shipping charges of ₹250 will apply.
• A 5% deduction will be applied to all refunds as a processing fee.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized or custom-designed décor items.
• Products exposed to improper conditions beyond care guidelines.
• Items returned without proper proof (video & photos).

2. Cancellation Policy

• Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
• Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days.
• Personalized/custom orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued only after the returned item passes inspection.
• The amount will be refunded via the original payment method or store credit (as per customer preference).
• If exchanging for a higher-priced product, the difference must be paid. If the new product is of lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
• Discounts do not apply to exchanged products.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days.
• Delivery times vary depending on location and courier service.
• Any shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics, etc.) will be communicated via email.
• If a package is tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately with supporting photos and videos.

5. Warranty & Product Care

• We ensure our products meet high-quality standards; however, normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.
• Follow the product-specific care instructions provided to maintain longevity.

6. Disputes & Legal Action

• Any disputes must first be communicated via email at domidecor.02@gmail.com.
• Unjustified defamation of our brand on social platforms without adhering to stated policies will result in legal action.
